Many of the RYA practical training courses are endorsed by the MCA and can be commercially endorsed. In order to complete this process applicants must hold the following certifications:
Each year approximately 4,000 people apply to the RYA for a commercial endorsement in order to use their RYA qualifications professionally as skipper or crew.
This course is designed to give you a better understanding of your obligations and the rules and regulations under which you operate in the commercial maritime world. More importantly, it will teach you where to find the information you need to ensure you are operating within the law.
You can complete the course and assessment at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home or office.
We will provide you with a manual which will provide all the required knowledge and information to complete your test.
